Another Year, Let's Cheer! is a glitter topper in a clear base. The polish has white, peach, mint, and black glitters plus a holographic microshimmer. It is positively packed with glitter and for that reason, you should take care when applying. Make sure your base is well set to avoid messing it up as you push around the glitters.

I layered one coat of Another Year, Let's Cheer over Misa Grey Matters. The glow in the dark effect was really strong, with a kind of aqua-turquoise hue.
